  I just left that getto office on long beach and the lady at the front desk was very very very rude. My app was for 9am the lady cones to the door but cant open it she has no keys to open the door we meaning the 9 other people that was in line . Im handcapp and walk with a cain. Once i got around to the back i was the last person. I finally get to the window and she ask me for my id and insurance card i tell her when i made the app the only thing i need to bring was my id. She rudely kept saying she needed my card even though she looked it up bottim line is she was rude as hell and i checked her and was refused services. Dont go there

  The last time I went to the dentist it was here. Now I haven't been back to a dentist since because the experience here was so bad. The front staff is rude. The dentist or whatever he was gave me a full mouth deep cleaning without numbing my mouth at all. Any other dentist I went to before said they would break up the 4 quadrants into 2 quadrants at a time, and anesthesia would need to be used. I cried the whole time while sinking in the chair. The dentist scolded me like a child and said "maybe now you will try and floss more". I am trying to find out who to complain to or a corporate office number. I have Western Dental Plus insurance. Treated me awful.
